Poi is a green leafy vegetable mostly used in preparation of curried, chops or as Sag from the old-time of Granny's sweet house.
Here I am presenting one of her delicious and mouthwatering recipe of Poi with vegetables called 'Poi Chhenchheda'. Also, the non-veg of this recipe is prepared well with Poi sag+ veggies + fried fish head. In Odisha, this non- veg preparation of Poi is served in feast of marriage and some festivals.
