At first Clean the chick peas and soak for overnight. Drain the water. Now In a microwave safe bowl add chick peas, soda-bi-carbonate, salt and water and boil at high power for 12,15 mins. Then microwave covered it on 80%power for 25 mins. Stir in between 2,3 times.now allow to stand for 8,10 minutes.

Now take microwave save bowl Add oil and microwave for 1 minutes now take it out add onion, ginger and garlic paste, chillies,bay leaves and microwave at high power for 4, 5 mins. Stir in between. Now mix chopped tomatoes, garam masala, salt, red chilli,turmeric powder and chana masala. Microwave for 4 mins.

.Now add boiled chick peas to it and microwave covered for 5 – 6 mins. Now mix dry mango powder and microwave for 5 mins. Allow to stand for 5 mins. Serve with kulcha, paranthas and naan.
