I love eating this dish. No restaurant can beat making it at home.

Wash the green onions and yellow onions. Cut them into bite-sized pieces as shown in the picture. Rinse the chicken thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Toast the dried chili peppers in a pan until fragrant.

Sauté the chicken in a pan to release excess moisture. Add the soy sauce and cook until the chicken is slightly dry. Add the onions and stir-fry. Season with the seasoning powder and oyster sauce, then add the toasted chili peppers and cashew nuts. Stir well and serve.
