Marinate chicken fillet with all the ingredients for 2 hours.

Grill the chicken fillet in a grill pan or use fry pan with 2-3 tbsp oil. When chicken is done then dish out in a plate. Cut chicken fillet into 1" pieces.

In another pan heat the butter, then add milk, cream, all spices and whisk it continuously. Now add both type of cheese and mix it well. Don't over cooked it. If sauce become thick then add little milk into it for good consistency.

Now add pasta, mushrooms, green bell pepper and olives. Mix it well.

For platting:

First layer pasta with sauce then sprinkle oregano leaves and parsley leaves. Now put chicken on top.
