In a cup add your yeast nd 1tbspn sugar and warm water,stir nd set aside to rise.

In a bowl enough to contain the mixture when it rises,add ur semovita,baking powder nd the remaining 3tbspn sugar nd mix thoroughly.

Add ur warm nd stired yeast to the dry ingredients,add warm water and mix thoroughly so that no plum will occur,the mixture should look like puff puff mixture but it shouldn't be too thin like it exactly.

U can add ur grated Scotch bonnets nd onions to the mixture nd cover the bowl nd place in a warm place to rise.

After it rises that is it has doubled it's quantity,u set ur masa pan on fire and add little oil in each scoop

Then u start pouring ur mixture in the each scoop nd allow to drain before u turned it to d other side,these process continued until u finish frying all the mixture.serve with egusi soup,cabbage soup, pepper soup nd any other soup of ur choice.Bon appeitos.
