Cut all the veggies in small cubes, take a pressure cooker heat well, add all the veggies in the cooker, pour half glass of water.

Add salt, turmeric powder and put for 3-4 whistles.

Take a pan pour oil, add panch phoran, red dry chilli, saute for 1/2 minute, crush the garlic cloves saute till the raw smell goes, pour the boiled vegetables and cook for 3-4 min, close the flame, add the roasted cumin and dry chilli powder.

Serve hot.

Can be taken with Chapatis, Rice etc
