Steps

Heat a pan, pour oil add onion slices, green chilli saute well for 30-40 sec in high flame.

Add chopped cabbage, capsicum slices, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and mix all well, cook for 12-15 in low flame till it's well cooked

Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot. Can take in Rice, chapatis etc.
