Ingredients

  • 2indo mie
  • Carrot
  • 2Eggs
  • Plantain
  • Vegetables oil (for fryin the plantain)
  • Curry
  • Seasonings
  • Onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your plantain and cut it to your shape and size, Fry it untill it's become deep brown.

  2. 2

    In a bowl break your eggs add onion and Maggi to it and fry it.

  3. 3

    In a boiled water add your Indo mie carrot, onions, seasonings and curry then allow it to cook for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy
