Ingredients

  • 1large cat fish
  • 2 table spoonsalt
  • 3 cupsoil
  • For the red pepper
  • Red dried chilli pepper
  • Dried ginger
  • Cloves
  • Black pepper
  • Dried garlic
  • Onga
  • Maggi
  • Salt
  • (All depends on how you want the test)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your cat fish with water & vinegar or ashes to remove the slimy substance on the fish then dry the fish to drain the water away & sprinkle some salt on the fish & fry in hot oil. NB-fish take a long time to fry so you need to be near by.

    For the pepper you grind all the ingredients to powder & serve..enjoy😋😋🌶🐟
