Wash your cat fish with water & vinegar or ashes to remove the slimy substance on the fish then dry the fish to drain the water away & sprinkle some salt on the fish & fry in hot oil. NB-fish take a long time to fry so you need to be near by.

For the pepper you grind all the ingredients to powder & serve..enjoy😋😋🌶🐟
