Steps

Mix flour,sugar,corn flour and salt together.Rub in margrine nd gradually and in water and knead to form a soft ball.Cover and allow to rest

Roll out dough very thin,cut out into small circles

Rub oil on the circles and slightly cook on a non stick pa
- 4
Rub the edges with flour glue(a mixture of flour and water).Fold half of the circle over the other half and gently twist with lemon grass or spring onion
- 5
Heat oil and fry until golden brown
