400 GramMushroom
Onion chopped 1large
2-3 tbspButter
1/2 tspBlack pepper crushed
1 tspSalt
2 tbspCoriander leave
4 tbspCream
1 tbspGarlic paste
3 tbspCornflour
3 cupsWater

Put the butter in pan

Melt the butter add onion soty 2 min

Add the garlic paste mix well

Add mushroom mix it

Add salt and pepper

Mix and 2 min tender the mushroom

After two minutes 1/3 of mushroom in the blender one portion in pan

Add the mushroom mixture then add water

Good boiled soup then add the cornflour

Add coriander Leaves

Add lemon juice

Last slow heat add cream mix well
