Ingredients

  • 1 cupboiled rice
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1Chopped tomato
  • Handfulcoriander leaves chopped
  • To tastesalt and red chilli powder
  • Pinchturmeric powder
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, roast onion and tomato two minutes, add all spices, mix well, add cooked rice and coriander leaves,mix well.

    Serve hot.
