Steps

Wash properly fish pieces, make sure pieces are scale-free.

Grind whole spices. then marinate it with lemon juice and some spices & salt.

Keep aside for 15 mins. Heat oil in kadhai fry all the pieces in batches.

Now take out the excess oil and put all the spices with salt roast it until leave oil. Then add required water. Wait for proper boiling then add fry fish pieces cook another 5 mins.

Machher jhol ready to eat with bhat (rice).
