Ingredients

  1. 500 grams Baby Potatoes
  2. 50 gramsgarlic
  3. 2 tbspRed chilli powder
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. pinchHaldi (turmeric powder)
  6. 3 tbspOil
  7. 1 tspDhaniya powder
  8. pinchHing
  9. 2 tbspPeanuts
  10. 1 tspjeera/cumin seeds
  11. as requiredFresh Coriander for garnish
  12. 1 bowlFryums (bhungala)
  13. as required oil for frying

Steps

    In pressure cooker add potato and boil with salt for 2 whistles now cool it remove skin.

  2. 2

    In mixie jar add garlic, peanuts, salt, jeera,red chilli powder dhaniya powder and lemon juice and grind it if needed add little water and make smooth paste now heat a pan add oil add hing add garlic paste on slow flame stir it add 2 tsp chopped garlic add boil potato mix all very well switch off the flame, do not overcook mix very well garnish fresh dhaniya.

    Heat oil on the flame and fry fryams (it's available in the market).

    Eat lahsuni potato with Bhunala (fryams).

  5. 5

    See Bhunala means fryams in pictures and eat with lahsuni potato it is so spicy and tasty.
