Microwave Spicy Amla Pickle

Wash the Amla properly. Cut into cubes. Add a pinch of salt. Microwave the Amla for 30 seconds. Check it. Again microwave the Amla for 30 minutes till the Amla become tender and till the water evaporates. Once it is done. Keep aside.

Now dry roast the funegrek seeds and mustard seeds in microwave for about 60 seconds in a microwave open bowl. Once it is done. Take out from the microwave.Cool it and grind it in a blender. Make a powder. Once it is done. Keep aside.

Now mix all the roasted masala, red chilly powder, and salt. First step I have used a little salt. So be careful while adding a salt second time. Mix it well.

Again microwave the Amla pickle for 30 seconds. Turn off the microwave and mix it. Again Microwave the pickle for about 1 minute 10 seconds. Once it is done. Take out from the oven.

Cool it. And store in a Air tight container. You can use this pickle for one year. Ready,...to serve....with hot....steam rice and dal
