Heat ghee in a pan add cumminseeds n all spices. Now crackle cumindeeds.

Add onion slices saute till transparant add green chilli slited ginger garlic paste turmeric powder salt cauli flower florets green peas saute n add1/2cup water. Cover n cook for 5-min.

Now open n add carrot chopped capsicum cabbage tomato saute n add left over rice n garam masala.Mix well simmer 3-5min add chopped corriender n spring onion mix well.

Grease bowl with ghee set a rice in bowl n unmould in a serving plate. Garnish with grated beetroot grated paneer spring onion n corriender. Delicious healthy Rangeela rice is ready to serve with beet root curd.
