Steps

Add all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt and yeast mix together.

Add butter, egg to warm milk (4 tbsp of milk to 1 cup of warm water) mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients to form a soft dough and knead.

In a bowl, grease with butter and put the dough. Allow to rise do 30 minutes.

Deflate the dough and knead. Roll out the Dough and make it flat. Brush with melted butter, spread the cinnamon and sugar mix.

Roll and cut into 10 using thread. Place foil paper on a pan and arrange, allow to rise for 10 minutes, preheat the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Serve with condense milk.
