Steps

Take oil in a pan, add cinnamon stick,black peppercorns,elaichi / cardamom,and laung, kashmiri red chillies,green chillies and cashew nuts..saute well..Now add onions,ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and salt..mix well..let it all cooked..Add little water and grind to fine paste..

Take oil in a pan add jeera, tej patta and very little ginger garlic paste..saute well..add the grinded paste..make sure the mixture is been done..as shown in picture..we need the pulp of the mixture..mix it well..add red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder and coriander powder and cumin powder mix it well..Now add the chopped onion and green bell pepper random chopped..

Than add paneer to it..keep on mixing it..sprinkle kasuri methi and coriander leaves..once everything is ready..keep hot charcoal in between and add some ghee close the lid and let the smoky flavour sit in paneer..open it and serve with chapati or parathas❣
