For the bun dough: Take all the ingredients for the bun dough in a container, except oil and water + milk mixture.

Mix dry ingredients properly then add oil and water + milk mixture. Mix everything properly.

Now knead the dough for 10-12 minutes. If required add some oil.

Keep the dough in an oiled vessel, covered for proofing for an hour or till it doubles.

After it doubles knock out the air by kneading for 1-2 minutes.

Make 10 equal rounds from the dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

In those 10 minutes prepare the stuffing. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl for the stuffing.

Make 10 balls of stuffing and keep it aside.

Now from the buns dough roundels roll into a small circle. Apply tomato ketchup on it.

Now leaving the centre part intact make four cuts at 90°. Place the stuffing ball and sprinkle the cheese.

Now take two opposite sides of the dough parts and overlap on the stuffing.

Now similarly do it for the remaining two sides.

Make all the rose-shaped buns ready similarly. Place them on a baking tray with butter paper lining.

Brush all the buns with milk and sprinkle white sesame seeds on it.

Bake the buns in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or till golden brown colour is obtained.

Yummy rose shaped buns are ready to serve!
