In a large mixing bowl, take wheat flour, chickpea flour, carom seeds, roasted sesame seeds, green chilli paste, Chopped fenugreek leaves.

Additionally add Garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, curd and salt to taste mix well with hands..

Add water little by little and Knead the smooth dough. (to adding needed water).

Pour little oil means 1 tsp oil and knead the dough well,

Now take the small size of dough and make the ball. make the equal size balls to remaining dough

Take one ball and sprinkle some flour dust and roll it with rolling pin.

Roll it like chapati desired shape, don't make too thin. It should be little thick.

Now grease the tawa with oil put the rolled thepla on it.

Flip the thepla then apply oil and Roast both sides press with spatula until the brown spots appears on thepla.

Repeat this process to remaining all dough balls.

Lastly tasty Methi Thepla is ready to serve.
