Steps

In a bowl sift in the flour pinch of salt & oil add a little water knead & make a sticky dough then cover & allow to rest.

Crush the bonnet, red bell pepper & add into a pan slice the onion, green pepper & cabbage then add. Pour in the shred chicken & oil & seasonings then fry gently.

Sprinkle flour on your rolling board & cut the dough into six pieces, roll each piece on the board add in the filling then use a knife to cut the the top as seen in the picture above.

Dip your finger in water & tip the edges of the pie with it & roll then fry in hot oil untill golden brown then serve..Mammma miaa...😋
