Herb dumpling + my kinda simple beef stew

Ingredients

  1. 6 cupsflour
  2. 3 tablespoonsugar (brown sugar)
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 2 tspMixed herbs (parsley, origanum and basil were used)
  5. 10gyeast
  6. Warm water (about 1 to 2 cups used, didn't really measure)
  7. bowlButter for casarol
  8. Beef stew
  9. Stewing beef
  10. Onions
  11. Celery
  12. Garlic
  13. Masala
  14. Flour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mixed dry ingredients - flour, sugar, salt, mixed herbs, yeast - together and then added the warm water.

    Let sit for 1hour then lined a large casarol bowl butter and baked on 150 degrees till baked through (preheat oven at high then lower when putting dish in oven)

    Served with beef stew

    Boiled beef till tender then fired with onions, garlic, chopped celery + celery leaves(hand full)

  5. 5

    Added spices then mixed 2tblsp flour with half cup water(add more water if too thick, water will depend on desired thickness) and let it cook on low heat.
