Steps

Dry roast semolina in a karahi.

Chop all vegetables in small pieces.

Heat oil in a karahi and put mustard seeds and rai and when they splutter add onions and fry for 2 minutes. Add red and green chilli and curry leaves.

Now add all chopped vegetables and mix well and cook for 5 minutes or till peas and vegetables are done.

Now add semolina and 2 bowls of water and stir till semolina absorb the water.

Switch off the flame.

Serve hot.
