Ingredients

  1. 1avocado
  2. 2 tbstahini
  3. 2 tbswater
  4. 1 tbsfresh lemon juice
  5. 2 tbshemp seed
  6. to tasteGarlic powder
  7. to tasteSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take avocado seed of, mix tahini with water and lemon juice, make drizzly sauce

  2. 2

    Add spices pour over avocado top with hemp seed

I used to be a runner. One day middle of the run, I had my feet numb up to my knee. It was sciatica from a car accident years ago. Then because having problems with my Achilles, I started using a cane. Now I changed my diet completely... no more sugar or process foods. My recent recipes are vegetarian, I do not eat meat anymore!
