  1. Rice
  2. 10 ouncesyellow rice pack
  3. Ribs
  4. 3 poundscountry style ribs, pork
  5. To tastepink Himalayan salt
  6. To tasteground black pepper
  7. As neededwater
  8. 2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the pork ribs. Season and sear the ribs.

    I had to sear the ribs in batches. Then cover in water. Boil the ribs till done.

    Stir in the rice. Let cook till done. Serve. I hope you enjoy!!!!!!
