  • Rice
  • 10 ouncesyellow rice pack
  • Ribs
  • 3 poundscountry style ribs, pork
  • To tastepink Himalayan salt
  • To tasteground black pepper
  • As neededwater
  • 2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the pork ribs. Season and sear the ribs.

    I had to sear the ribs in batches. Then cover in water. Boil the ribs till done.

    Stir in the rice. Let cook till done. Serve. I hope you enjoy!!!!!!
