Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl add butter, sugar, and whisk for 2 minutes. Add vanilla extract, whisk well. Add flour, salt and fennel powder and whisk well.

Now mix well with your hands and make a dough.

Divide the dough into small equal portion like lemon size balls and slightly flatten them.

Preheat the oven at 180 degree. Place a parchment paper in a baking tray.

Arrange flatten cookies and bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 180 degree. I bake these cookies on usha halogen oven.

When the edges start browning, bring the try out and keep it aside cooling for 10 minutes. Do the same process for making all cookies.

Buttery choco chips cookies are ready. Store all these cookies in airtight container. Serve these cookies with tea or coffee.
