In a bowl add in the Maida,Besan,Suji, powdered sugar,salt and cardamom powder and mix well.

Pour in the ghee and form into a dough.Divide into 18 portions.

Shape into round peda like shape and place on a baking tray.I made small cross on the peda.Then top it with chopped nuts.

Bake it in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 150 degree in convection mode/18 minutes @ 160 C in an OTG with both the rods on or can be baked in a pressure cooker/Idli cooker on low flame for 17- 18 minutes.

Serve with a cup of hot chai. Enjoy
