Quick Tawa Rice

To make tawa pulao, heat butter on a large tawa add the cumin seeds

When seeds crackle add the chilli garlic paste mix well and saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes

Add the onion, mix well saute on medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes

Add capsicum mix well and saute on a medium flame for 2 more minutes hu

Add tomatoes, mix well, cook for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Use potato masher to mash the vegetables lightly.

Add haldi, salt, chilli powder, pavbhaji masala and 1/4 cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring occasionally.

Add the rice and green peas, mix well, cook on medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally

Serve the tawa pulao immediately, garnished with coriander.
