Ingredients

  • 500 mlMilk
  • 4 tbspCustard powder
  • 1/4 cupMilk
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 3 tbspCocoa powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take milk in a pan. Boil it. Mix milk and custard powder.

  2. 2

    Add sugar to the milk. Stir and let the sugar dissolve. Add custard mix milk to the boiling milk.

  3. 3

    Keep stirring. Once the custard thickens switch off the flame.

  4. 4

    Now strain the cocoa powder. Mix it with the custard nicely.

  5. 5

    Your chocolate custard is ready.
