  1. 250 gmsbitter guard(karela)
  2. 2onions (big in size)
  3. 3 tablespoonsgram flour
  4. 1 tablespooncumin seeds
  5. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  6. 1 tablespooncoriander powder
  7. as per taste Salt
  8. 2 tablespoonsRaw mango powder (amchur)
  9. 4 tablespoonsoil
  10. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder

    Firstly wash and cut the bitter gourd in small pieces sprinkle salt on the pieces and leave them for 2 hours

    After 2 hours take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds let it splutter, now add slices of onion, cook it for 2 minutes add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder then add gram flour to it cook for 5 minutes keep stirring.

    Now rinse the bitter gourd and add raw mango powder roast for some time then add 1 cup of water and keep a lid and allow it to cook for 20 minutes on medium.flame.

    Masala karele is ready to serve.
