Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.Spread your puff pastry into a rectangle.it should be twice your plate

Take a plate map out two circles and cut with a knife

Take your kachumbari and apply it on one pastry and then use the other one to cover

Take a smaller circular object I used a lid place it at the centre.then cut the pastry into half then quarter then eighth
- 5
Roll your pastry twice.eggwash and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes
