Boil Milk for 10 mins then cool for 15 mins

After 15 mins, Take a Casserole and pour boiled milk into it

Add 2tbs milkpowder and mix well after mixing milkpowder add 2tbs curd mix it

Keep it in warm place for 6 to 7 hours, after 7 hour your curd will ready to eat

Notes:- 1) keep warm milk at the time of mixing curd and milkpowder. 2) keep it in fridge after prepare 3)keep it in warm place or cover a towel at the time of set.If you use whole milk no need to add milkpowder 4)Don't add water in milk.
