In a mixer jar add palak, green chilli, coriander, mint, 1 tbsp oil grind to make a paste

Heat oil in a pan add jeera, bay leaves, garlic saute for 1 minute.

Add onion, corn, green paste saute for 2 minutes

Add salt, soaked rice, 2 cup water cook for 4 to 5 minutes or cook well. Stir occasionally.

Add lemon juice mix well, cover the pan, switch off the gas, rest for 15 minutes.

Healthy Green Pulao is ready to serve.
