1 bowlleftover rice
1 tspcumin seeds
1/2 tspCarom seeds
as neededCoriander leaves
2green chillies chopped
to tasteSalt
as neededGhee

Steps

Take a bowl add rice, wheat flour, coriander leaves,green chillies chopped, salt,ajwain, water, knead into a dough. Rest for 15 mins.

Using balls give them following shapes.

Cook in medium to high flame. Keep flipping and using ghee. Enjoy with chutneys of your choice.
