Steps

Pick dirt out of the Tigernut seed and pour into bucket of water to soft a bit for some minute

Remove from water and pound gently using mortar and pestle to remove excess dirt

Use clean water to wash it well until it's free from particles
- 4
Add clean cut dates, coconut and ginger and grind with blender or grinder using water
- 5
Use clean sieve cloth with little water (I don't want it to watery) to sieve out the juice from the chaff
- 6
Serve when chilled
