Slice the onion and potatoes into rounds and place them in a dish. Add salt and black pepper, then arrange them in the baking dish as shown in the picture. Take the chicken giblets and season them with salt, black pepper, turmeric, ginger, a bit of olive oil and vegetable oil, and cilantro and parsley. Mix everything well, add a bit of water, and place them on top of the potatoes.
