Clean the snails 3 to 4 times with lemon and salt, then boil them for a few minutes to remove any remaining slime.

Cut the snails in half. In a saucepan, heat a little olive oil and add onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and green beans (previously steamed). Cook everything together, then add the snails. Enjoy!

In a saucepan, pour a little olive oil, add the rice, a pinch of salt, and water. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
