Marinate salmon slices in teriyaki sauce for at least 20 min.

Chop garlic and add 1 tbsp olive oil to a pot. Add rice when garlic starts to be golden, mix rice with oil and let it cook for 10 sec. Add 2X water and cook at medium-high heat until water vaporizes.

Stir fry salmon slices until crusty on the surface and cooked through

Stir fry green asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil

Add marinade to a pan and cook until boiling, then reduce to low heat to thicken for 3 min.

Serve salmon with marinade, spring onion and sesame seeds. Rice and asparagus aside.
