Soak rice for 30mins.

Take a pan add ghee cumin seeds,green chilli for a min add chopped veggies,stir for a couple of minutes add rice and all ingredients except stock stir and cook for 2-3 min add vegetable stock and needed water cook covered for 5-7 min at medium flame.till rice done 3/4. switched off the flame.

Serve hot.
