Steps

Add a wheat flour in large mixing bowl add salt in it and make dough of it. Make a Soft dough. Keep it for rest 15-20 minutes

Take a small bowl add chilli powder, salt, cumin seeds,Asafoetida and chopped coriander leaves in it mix it well

Take a small ball of dough roll it and make a puri of it now spread ghee / oil it and sprinkle ready chilli masala on it then fold it by rolling it. Again make a ball of it. And roll it in parotha size.

Heat the griddle and fry parotha by flipping it. Pour ghee / butter or oil and fry it golden brown.

Serve it with curd or tea
