Make the batter of rice, urad and chana daal in a mixture

The batter is like that of thick dosa batter.

Make the paste of garlic, ginger, red and green chillies in a mixer. Mix it in the batter

Add salt to taste, cumin seeds, DHUSKA batter is Ready
- 5
Heat oil and pour DHUSKA batter into it on medium flame till golden brown, flip it.

Now serve it with chana aloo ki sabji
