Steps

Wash and Soak rice in half cup of water for half an hour.

After half an hour coarsely grind the rice in a mixer.

In a pan boil 1 litre of milk. Add grinded rice and cook on low flame till milk gets thicker. Stir the mixture in between.

Add sugar and stir till sugar dissolves completely.

Switch off the flame when done.

Serve chilled garnished with chopped almonds, pistachio and raisins.
