Mizoram Koat Pitha is a fritter dish made with rice flour and banana which is similar to the Kerala Unniyappam which is fried on a kuzhi Paniyaram Pan. First dissolve the jaggery in water and pass it through a fine filter to remove the scum.grind the bananas and keep them aside in a bowl.grind the (soaked rice for 5 hours) in mixie.

Add the jaggery syrup to the rice mix and add the banana mix too. Add salt and black sesame(it's optional)

Take a kuzhipaniyaram pan and add oil. When it's hot add batter to the holes and cook for 5 mins till the one side is done (lid closed). Flip over and cook the other sides too. Take out and fry all the batches.
