Leftover rice tilauri

In a mixing jar put leftover rice and 1/4 cup water grind it.

Now add salt, chilli flakes, black pepper powder and poppy seeds, mix with hand for 6-8 min.

Take a cotton cloth and make small drops of the paste and put on the cloth.

Keep the tilauri to dry in the sun till all the moisture evaporated. It will take 2-3 days.

Store in air tight container.

Before eating fry these tilauri in hot oil and enjoy.
