Cut and clean mirchi add salt mix verywell now keep aside for 4 hour salt melt and spices less from mirchi now anthor pan put muster seedupper leyer frengrik seed and dhaniya seed middle put pinch of hing heat oil on fast flem. Pour on hing and seeds hot oil cover lid few mini open lid cool it for 1 hours add some salt and haldi mix all masala and mix with mirchiput in the jar serve with paratha puri roti
