Veg Momos are very Healthy, Tasty Easy & Quick made recipe from Tibet region.

Heat a pan & roast sesame take out in mixer jar now add oil and saute tomato, ginger & garlic for 2-minutes cool and add in mixer jar, add salt, lemon juice & red chilli and grind into smooth puree.

For stuffing first squeeze Cabbage to remove water, now mix squeezed cabbage, carrot, capsicum, ginger, garlic, chilli paste, salt, soya sauce and vinegar in a bowl & keep aside. Take maida add salt and knead a dough with water add oil and knead a dough to make it softcover with cloth keep it for 15-minutes rest.

Roll small poori and fill the stuffing and prepare momos and steam them for 10- minutes on high flame and 10- minutes on low flame.

Serve ready Healthy, Tasty Veg Momos with Spicy Chutney.
