Firstly in a bowl add maida and sooji baking powder salt and 1 tbsp oil and Coriander leaves and knead the Dough by using lille water.. Dough should neither so soft nor so hard.. keep the dough for 10 minutes.

For filling: in a vok add 2 tbsp oil let the oil be hot now add chopped onions, capsicum and carrots.. Add salt and black pepper.. Cook for 10minutes on medium flame.. Now add grated paneer and mix well. Now switch off the gas.. Filling is ready..

For sauce: boil 20 25 red dry chillies.. Now in a vok add 1/2 tbsp oil cook 4 tomatoes few cloves of garlic.. Now In a grinder put boiled chillies tomatoes and garlic and 2 tbsp tomato ketchup and salt.. Grind well.. Sauce is ready..

Now take out the small balls from dough and roll it In a small chappati and fill 1 tbsp of filling in the chappati and give desire shapes of momo by applying Lil water on the edges.. Water will keep stuck the edges..

Now steam momo for 15 minutes. Sprinkle char masala. Serve hot with chilli sauce.
