  • Onions
  • Carrots
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil
  • Raw bananas
  • Potatoes

Steps

    Put cooking oil and onions in a sufuria

    After a while add carrots then potatoes and bananas

  3. 3

    Add spinach and salt

  4. 4

    Add water then after 20 minutes it will be ready

  5. 5

    Serve with an avocado and enjoy
