Chak Angouba is staple food for manipuri cuisine which is cooked with rice and vegetables and simple spice powders.
Steps

Heat a wok / kadhai and add oil in it. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle.

Then add onions and green chillies and saute till onions are translucent.

Now add beans, carrots and salt and saute for a few minutes till the vegetables are cooked.

Once cooked, add turmeric and coriander powder and mix well so that veggies are coated with spices.

Now add pre cooked or leftover rice and mix well with vegetables and spices. Your Manipuri style Chak Angauba is ready.

Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
